Die Tour startet an einem Spielplatz und endet auch dort. Anfangs geht es zur Erwärmung an der Leutra entlang. An der Papiermühle vorbei muss man danach stetig bergauf nach Cospeda. Gleich an Anfang des Ortes wird wieder abgebogen Richtung Napoleonstein. Dort hinauf und über Wiesenwege nach Cospeda zurück. Dort auf die Straße und abwärts. In der S-Kurve rechts von der Straße runter und durch Wald und Wiese. Einen kleinen Bachlauf muss man überqueren, danach ist man wieder auf der Straße, welche man gleich wieder nach links bergauf verlässt. An der Fortsetzung der Sonnenberghorizontale entlang und die Treppe zur Papiermühle runter.
