Schöne Abendrunde nach getaner Arbeit, die in beiden Richtungen gefahren werden kann. In der aufgezeichneten Richtung steht ein knackiger Anstieg auf den Jenaer Stadtforst am Beginn der Tour und am Ende rollt man in langem Schwung ins Mühltal zurück. Wer es bergauf lieber gemächlich hat, kann durch das Mühltal starten, dabei halten sich die Steigungen unter 7%, und am Ende in steilem Schwung nach Lichtenhain einfallen. Sehenswert sind in jedem Fall die Laubwaldgebiete des Forstes mit ihren Frühblühermatten sowie die schönen Ausblicke über Jena und seine Umgebung.
