Da Villabassa si sale al passo del Capro su strada ripidissima ma completamente pedalabile, passando per la malga Putz (ristoro).
Dal passo si scende lungo il divertente sentiero 15 fino allo sporthotel (ristoro) e poi si sale su traccia in erba fino alle malghe ponticello. Si passa il ruscello, si passa sulla stradae poi a sx si prende il sentiero 37, che pur corto, è uno dei più divertenti dei dintorni, flow e veloce. Si scende poi per la veloce sterrata e prima del bivio per il paese si sale a sx a spinta per pochi minuti su sentiero nel bosco. Chi non volesse spingere, può continuare a scendere dritto e arrivare al centro di Ferrara. Dal centro del paese seguire la ciclabile 1 fino a Villabassa e poi tornare al punto di partenza. Itinerario non molto lungo ma impegnativo e divertente, oltre che panoramico Camping Olympia fr Villabassa e Dobbiaco in Alta val Pusteria

From Villabassa climb to the step of the Goat of road steep but completely pedaled, through the hut Putz (refreshments).
From the pass we descend along the trail 15 fun until the maquignaz (refreshments) and then you get on track in grass up to the mountain pastures bridge. You will pass the stream, you pass on the road, you turn left and then take the path 37, which although short, is one of the funniest surroundings, flow and fast. Then go down to the dirt and fast before the junction for the country you go to the left to push for a few minutes on the trail in the woods. Who does not want to push, it can continue to go down and get straight to the center of Ferrara. From the town center follow the path up to 1 Villabassa and then return to the starting point. Route is not very long but challenging and fun, as well as panoramic Camping Olympia fr Villabassa Dobbiaco in Alta Val Pusteria
