Itinerario non troppo difficile, adatto anche a giornate di brutto tempo, visto che si resta spesso nel bosco. Da Villabassa si sale verso la valle di Braies e poi lungo la forestale 37. Circa a quota 1320, prendere la forestale a dx (segnalata), Si sale fino a quasi sotto la cima, poi la strada diventa sentiero e comincia a scendere. Si ritorna su forestale, ma quando si incrocia il rio si può tornare su sentiero (28) fino alla strada per il lago di Braies. Si attraversa e si continua sul 1, si passa il paese e si torna alla partenza sulla ciclabile. camping Olympia, fra villabassa e Dobbiaco in alta Pusteria
