Paretenza da Arta Terme (parcheggio piazza). Si prende la strada asfaltata che porta al paese di Cabia. Prima di raggiungere il paese si devia sulla sinistra su pista cementata (indicazioni troi di Cabie). Terminato il sentiero/muro si prosegue a sinistra su strada principale. Poco più avanti sempre sulla sinistra è possibile seguire ancora un tratto del troi di Cabie. Raggiunte le ultime case del paese ad un bivio si gira a destra su strada sterrata (dritti in salita si prosegue verso gli stavoli di Chiagnon). La carrareccia che porta agli stavoli di Corona che scorre in mezzo al Bosco Boscat presenta molti tratti impegnativi per la pendenza e per il fondo sconnesso (tratti iniziali sono cementati). Giunti agli stavoli ha inizio sulla sinistra una strada/mulattiera che porta fino in cima al monte Cabia. La salita di estrema bellezza risulta molto faticosa per la pendenza (brevi strappi) e per il fondo. Il percorso risulta completamente ciclabile ma richiede un buon grado di allenamento. Ad un primo bivio mantenere la destra (no sx). Al successivo non svoltare a sinistra (in discesa) ma seguire a destra la traccia in salita. Sempre immersi nel bosco all'improvviso si raggiunge il punto altimentrico più elevato segnato da cippo di cemento a quota 1140m (segnaletica Cai su albero). Si scende su magnifico sentiero (diff. single trail S2 verso Sella di Suart). Giunti alla sella inizia la discesa su single track verso Piani di Arta Cai 410 (diff. single trail S1). Superato il Rio Radina (ponte) prima su strada sterrata poi su asfalto si perviene a Piani d'Arta. La traccia riporta due brevi divertenti single tracks. In breve si raggiunge punto di partenza.
N.B. La traccia di sentiero che dagli stavoli di Corona porta fino al monte di Cabia è ben battuta ma priva di segnaletica.

Paretenza from Arta Terme (parking place). Take the paved road that leads to the town of Cabia. Before reaching the town turn left onto the track cemented (signs of troi Cabie). Once the path / wall, continue left onto the main road. A little further on the left is always possible to follow even a section of the troi of Cabie. Reached the last houses of the village at a crossroads, turn right on the dirt road (straight uphill, continue to stavoli of Chiagnon). The track leading to the barns of Corona flowing in the middle of the forest has many traits Boscat challenging for the slope and the uneven surface (initial portions are cemented). Joints to stavoli starts on the left a road / trail that leads to the top of the mountain Cabia. The rise of extreme beauty is very tiring for the slope (short tears) and for the bottom. The path is completely cycle but requires a good degree of training. At the first fork bear right (not left). The next time you do not turn left (downhill) to the right but follow the track uphill. Always immersed in the woods suddenly you reach the highest point altimentrico marked by a memorial stone concrete 1140m altitude (Cai signs on tree). You go down the path of magnificent (diff. Single trail to Saddle Suart S2). Once at the saddle begins the descent on single track towards Arta Cai Plans 410 (diff. Single trail S1). After Rio Radina (bridge) on the first dirt road on asphalt then you come in Piani d'Arta. The track contains two short fun single tracks. You will soon reach the point of departure.
N.B. The trace of the path that leads from the barns of the Crown to the mountain of Cabia is well beaten but without signs.
