Partenza da Arta Terme (parcheggio). Si prende la strada (asfaltata) per Cabia. Giunti al paese svoltare a destra in leggera discesa. Inizia bellissima carrareccia con un fondo ben battuto e caratterizzata da continui saliscendi. Alcuni strappi in salita sono cementati (bosco Boscat). Passato il rio di Madonna si raggiunge un bivio. Si scende perdendo velocemente quota (sulla destra stavoli di Plans). Passato il rio Poi inizia una salita faticosa dal fondo cementato che arriva fino al paese di Rivalpo. Giunti alla Chiesa di Pieve di San Martino cominicia l'ascesa verso C.ra Valmedan Alta. La strada è tutta asfaltata e la pendenza risulta costante. Si lascia sulla destra la M.la Albareit e con una serie di tornanti (una decina) da C.ra Valmedan Bassa si arriva a C.ra Valmedan Alta (recentemente ristrutturata). Con bici in spalla si sale a piedi (20/ 30 minuti) fino alla forcella del Monte Tersadia (1800m). Il sentiero presenta alcuni tratti esposti e richiede esperienza escursionistica. Dalla forcella si può nascondere la mtb tra i mughi e raggiungere la vetta della montagna (altri 30 minuti circa). Dal punto precedente ha inizio una lunga e fantastica discesa su sentiero (Cai 409) fino alla For. di Luis. La traccia risulta quasi totalmente percorribile in sella alla mtb (95%). Alcuni punti risultano molto impegnativi (nella parte alta) non tanto per il fondo del sentiero (pendenza, sassi e radici) quanto per l'esposizione (prestare molta attenzione). Nel bosco ad un bivio si svolta sulla destra (procedendo dritti 409a si arriva a C.ra Tersadia bassa). Sempre immersi in un bosco meraviglioso si raggiunge una strada sterrata che subito dopo confluisce sulla strada asfaltata che porta a Paularo. Si svolta a sinistra e si sale brevemente verso Ligosullo e poco dopo si prende in discesa una strada sterrata sulla destra. Alcuni saliscendi su fondo regolare fino ad un bivio dove si nota un cartello "MTB". Scendendo su la prima curva sulla destra si vedono disegnate per terra delle frecce color rosso. Successivamente seguire i bolli rossi su alberi. Comincia single track bellissimo. Da sentiero su prato ci si immette su di una strada lascricata molto ripida (rivoli d'acqua la rendono scivolosa). Si raggiunge Villamezzo e in breve Paularo. Su strada provinciale si raggiunte Cedarchis e svoltando sulla destra in salita si arriva al punto di partenza (Arta Terme).

Departure from Arta Terme (parking). Take the road (paved) for Cabia. On reaching the village, turn right slightly downhill. Start with a beautiful carriage road fund well-wrought and characterized by ups and downs. Some tears are cemented uphill (forest Boscat). Past the Rio Madonna you reach a crossroads. We descend rapidly losing altitude (on the right stavoli of Plans). Past the rio Then begins a grueling climb from the bottom cemented that reaches the country of Rivalpo. Once at the church Pieve di San Martino commenced drawing the ascent to C.ra Valmedan Alta. The road is paved and the slope is constant. It is left to the right and the M.la Albareit with a series of switchbacks (ten) from Lower C.ra Valmedan you get to C.ra Valmedan High (recently renovated). With bike on your back you can go on foot (20/30 minutes) to the fork of the Monte Tersadia (1800m). The trail has some exposed and requires hiking experience. From the saddle, you can hide the bike between the pines, and reach the summit of the mountain (another 30 minutes). From the previous paragraph begins a long and fantastic downhill path, (Cai 409) to the For. Luis. The track is almost entirely practicable riding the bike (95%). Some points are very challenging (on the top), not so much for the bottom of the path (slope, rocks and roots) and for the exposure (pay close attention). In the woods at a crossroads, turn right (going straight 409a you get to C.ra Tersadia low). Always surrounded by a beautiful forest you reach a dirt road that soon after joins the paved road that leads to Paularo. Turn left and climb briefly to Ligosullo and shortly after you take down a dirt road on the right. Some ups and downs on a regular up to a junction where you see a sign "MTB". Going down on the first corner on the right are drawn to the land of the red arrows. Then follow the red marks on trees. Beautiful single track begins. From there you enter the path on the grass on a very steep street lascricata (streams of water make it slippery). It reaches Villamezzo and in short Paularo. On the main road is reached Cedarchis and turn right uphill you reach the point of departure (Arta Terme).
