Giro che comincia nella frazione Selva di Casoli e che permette di visitare le più belle cornici dell'area dell'Aventino come il Lago di Sant'Angelo, il borgo di Gessopalena e quello di Roccascalegna, il percorso è stupendo dal punto di vista panoramico.
Dal punto di vista tecnico il giro è abbastanza difficile, 35 km per oltre 1200 metri di dislivello, ci sono molti strappi strappi in salita come quello che per arrivare a Gessopalena in cui bisogna essere abbastanza allenati per rimanere in sella, d'altra parte però ci sono moltissime discese tecniche, anche da XC.
Vi è da segnalare il fatto che dopo essere scesi da Roccascalegna vi è il torrente Rio Secco da attraversare, come suggerisce il nome questo torrente è quasi sempre secco, ma dopo un periodo di forti piogge percorrere il guado può essere difficoltoso, in tal caso si ritorna indietro e si percorre l'asfaltata che riporta a Selva.
