Percorso medio facile costituito da 80% sterrato e 20% asfalto, caratterizzato da continui dislivelli tra brevi salite e discese. Si parte da Guarenna di Casoli a circa 200 metri dal ristorante Flamengo dove dalla strada provinciale imbocchiamo subito un sentiero che ci porterà verso il cuore dell' oasi di Serranella dove attraverseremo il relativo Centro visite; continueremo fiancheggiando il fiume Sangro per poi continuare alla volta di lunghi sentieri situati nelle campagne dei comuni di Sant' Eusanio del Sangro e Castel Frentano ed alla fine ritornare di nuovo a Casoli al punto di partenza.

Medium easy path consists of 80% dirt and 20% pavement, characterized by continuous gradients between short climbs and descents. It starts from Guarenna of Casoli about 200 meters from the restaurant where Flamengo from the main road we take a path that will lead us straight to the heart of the 'oasis of Serranella where we cross its Visitor Center; continue alongside the river Sangro and then continue at a time of long paths are located in rural areas of the municipalities of Sant 'Eusanio of Castel di Sangro and Frentano and eventually return back to the starting point in Casoli.
