vorab der Hinweis: die Tour geht nicht über freigegebene Strecken. Die Tour startet in Mönichkirchen oberhalb der Kirche, geht aber sowohl am Hinweg als auch am Rückweg am Parkplatz beim Sessellift vorbei, sodass dieser als Ausgangspunkt dienen kann. Vorbei am Kneipp-Park am Thomasweg umfährt man den ersten Teil der Straße auf die Mönichkirchner Schwaig und nimmt den zweiten Teil bis auf die Schwaig. Weiter geht es bergab Richtung Mariensee, nach dem Gasthof Fernblick geht es jedoch bald einmal links auf eine Forststrasse. Dieser folgt man leicht bergauf, mit zwei kleinen bergab Passagen immer den Hang entlang, bis man die Forststrasse auf die Marienseer Schwaig knapp unterhalb der Schwaig erreicht. Weiter über die Schwaig Richtung Dreiländereck, knapp vorher zweigt links der Wanderweg (wohl eher eine Wanderautobahn, daher durchgängig fahrbar) auf den Hochwechsel ab. Vom Gipfel des Hochwechsel geht es den Wanderweg Richtung Niederwechsel und in einer Senke rechts Richtung Vorauer Schwaig (fast durchgehend befahrbar). An der Vorauer Schwaig vorbei den Wanderweg weiter Richtung Studentenkreuz / Mönichkirchner Schwaig und bald wieder über Forststrassen uzm Ausgangspunkt
