Rund um Lenzerheide Die Kombination von Panoramawegen, Singletrails, langen Abfahrten und schönen Aussichtspunkten im Kombination mit Bergbahnbenutzung bietet den perfekten Einstieg ins Bike-Wochenende. Route: Lenzerheide - Rofna - Lantsch/Lenz - Crap la Tretscha - Lenzerheide – Lain - Fops - Tgantieni - Alp Nova - Spoina - Valbella – Parpan – Churwalden - Alp Stätz - Lenzerheide. 830 Hm Anstieg, 2150 Hm Abfahrt!! Der Bikemarkierung 601 (Taltour Süd) folgend biken wir über Cresta Stgoira und Rofna nach Lantsch (1300m) wo wir beim Friedhof der Marienkirche die einzigartigen Metallkreuze bewundern können. Weiter der Markierung 601 folgend, biken wir mit angenehmer Steigung über Crap la Tretscha (schöne Aussicht ins Albulatal) und Tschividains zurück Richtung Lenzerheide. Kurz vor Lenzerheide orientieren wir uns neu und folgen den Wegweisern der Bella Vistatour (Nr. 604) bis nach Sporz. Dort biegen wir Richtung Tgantiemi ab und fahren auf einem steilen Sträßchen bis zur Mittelstation der Bergbahn. Von dort lassen wir uns mitsamt unseren Bikes zur Bergstation Piz Scalottas (2323m) transportieren. Es folgt eine aussichtsreiche Abfahrt zur Alp Lavoz und weiter über Spoina und Valbella nach Parpan (1493m). Über den Mittelberg (1523 m), der einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal bietet, führt der Weg hinunter nach Churwalden (1200m). Von dort lassen wir uns mit dem Sessellift bequem zur Alp Stätz (1900m) transportieren. Von dort surfen wir am Hang entlang, hinunter nach Lenzerheide. Nach einem Abstecher zum Heidsee geht es zurück nach Lenzerheide.

Route: Lenzerheide - Rofna - Lantsch / Lenz - Crap la Tretscha - Lenzerheide & ndash; Lain - Fops - Tgantieni - Alp Nova - Spoina - Valbella & ndash; Parpan & ndash; Chur Walden - Alp Stätz - Lenzerheide. 830 Hm increase, 2150 hm departure !! The bike marking 601 (Valley Tour South) following, we cycle through Cresta Stgoira and Rofna to Lantsch (1300m) where we can admire the unique metal crosses at St. Mary's Church Cemetery. Next the 601 mark following, we bike with a pleasant slope over Crap la Tretscha (nice view into the Albula valley) and Tschividains back to Lenzerheide. Shortly before Lenzerheide we orient ourselves new and follow the signs to the Bella Vista Tour (No. 604) until after Sporz. There we turn towards Tgantiemi and continue on a steep streets to the middle station of the cable car. From there we can carry us along with our bikes to the mountain station Piz Scalottas (2323m). It follows a promising departure for Alp Lavoz and on about Spoina Valbella and Parpan (1493m). About the Mittelberg (1523 m), which offers a magnificent view over the valley, the path leads down to Chur Walden (1200m). From there we let the chairlift convenient to Alp Stätz (1900m) transport. From there we surf along the slope, down to Lenzerheide. After a detour to Lake Heid it goes back to Lenzerheide.
