Zunächst folgt die Tour dem Saaleradweg bis Dorndorf. Hier folgt man dem Lauf der B88 weiter bis nach Steudnitz und biegt dort nach rechts ab in Richtung Tautenburg. Ist Tautenburg erreicht, folgt man dem Hebetal und biegt nach einer Weile auf einen bergan führenden Waldweg, der den Tautenburger Forst erklimmt. Vorbei an einer Krischplantage und dem Örtchen Hohendorf ist Bürgel schnell erreicht. Von hier aus geht es über den Jenaer Kirchenradweg zurück in unser Städtchen.

First, the tour follows the Saale Cycle Path to Dorndorf. Here & nbsp;, follow the course of the B88 until after Steudnitz and bends there & nbsp; after right & nbsp; towards Tautenburg.
