Gemütliche, sonnige Runde um das Sportheim in Ensdorf. Es ist weitestgehend offenes Gelände (kein Wald), also sonnig und meist etwas windig. Die Tour ist in 45 Minuten bewältigt und ist somit auch für den Feierabend bestens geeignet; vor allem in der Übergangsphase, wo es noch nicht oder nicht mehr so lange hell ist. Eine gemütliche Tasse Cafe oder ein Glas Bier danach im Sportheim trägt sicher auch zum Erholungseffekt der kleinen Fitness-Runde bei. Die Tour beginnt auf der Teerstraße bergab und geht gleich nach der Buschgruppe-rechts (nach ca. 50 Metern) nach rechts über eine Wiese (rechts ist ein kleiner Tümpel) zum Schotterweg, der erstmal Bergauf führt (Sportheim liegt sichtbar auf der rechten Seite). Die Tour bitte auch nur bei trockenem Wetter fahren, da sonst teilweise sehr matschig! Viel Spaß.

Cozy, sunny walk around the club house in Ensdorf. It is largely open country (no wood), so mostly sunny and a bit windy. The tour is managed in 45 minutes and is thus ideally suited for the workday; particularly in the transition phase, where it is not yet or no longer so long bright. A cozy cup of cafe or a glass of beer afterwards in the club house certainly contributes to the relaxation effect even at the small fitness round. The tour begins on the tar road downhill and goes right after the Busch group-right (about 50 meters) to the right across a field (on the right is a small pond) to the dirt road, the first uphill leads (Sports home is visible on the right side) . The Tour please even in dry weather driving, otherwise some very muddy! Have fun.
