Die Tour startet zwischen Löchgau und Freudental in den Weinbergen. Nach der ersten Rampe führt ein Höhenweg oberhalb der Weinberge nach Freudental. Gleich ein kleiner Trail am Judenfriedhof vorbei und dann zum nächsten Trail oberhalb des Freudentaler Sportplatzes. Nach dem Sportplatz links in den Wald bergauf (zieht sich ein bischen) direkt in den Trail (eben) Richtung Hohenhaslach. Weiter auf Waldweg (Schotter) zum nächstren Traileinstieg. Dieser ist zunächst eben und beginnt nach der ersten Wegüberquerung leich abschüssig zu werden. Nun super flowig hinab zu den Weinbergen. Durch die Weinberge auf Teer :-( zum "krumen Steigle". Hinauf durch den Wald bis zum Traileinstieg :-). Der Trail führt wieder hinunter zum Ausgangspunkt. Trail ist abwechslungsreich (Wurzel, Steine, schnelle Passagen und ein Brückle (Vorderrad hochziehen). Nun weiter nach Spielberg wieder hoch durch die Weinberge in den Wald auf den mittleren Rennweg. Auch hier ein kleiner ebener Trail und hinunter auf Waldwegen zum Heiligenbergsee. Eine Rast bietet sich hier an. Weiter um den See herum und am anderen Ende in einen Trail. Durch das Tor wieder raus und nach kurzem Teerstück den Weg links nehmen. Über die Wiese am Waldrand entlang und am Ende in den Wald und dort auf denTrail rechts hinunter (Brennnessel fördern die Durchblutung von Arme und Beine :-) . Über die Strasse auf eine Wiese, über den Bach und auf den Waldweg. Nun in gemütlicher Fahrt nach Spielberg zurück und wieder durch die Weibberge in den Wald (unseren kleinen Abstecher kann man auslassen, endet im nichts, nicht so gut). Lieber den Waldweg wie zuvor schon auf den Strombergsattel nehmen und dann an der Pfeifferhütte vorbei hinunter Richtung Erligheim/Bönnigheim. Dort weiter in Weinbergen und Wiesental zum Ausgangspunkt (eine gute Schlußrampe fordert nochmals Körner). Viel Spaß dabei.

The tour starts between Löchgau and Freudental in the vineyards. After the first ramp a high trail leads above the vineyards to Freudental. Equal to a small trail over and then the next trail above the joy Taler sports field at the Jewish cemetery. After the sports field to the left into the forest up the hill (a bit pulls) directly in the Trail (flat) direction Hohenhaslach. Next on forest road (gravel) for nächstren Trail entrance. This is initially flat and begins to be facilitated downhill after the first Wegüberquerung. Now super flowig down to the vineyards. Through the vineyards on tar: - (& nbsp; & the quot; crumbs Steigle & quot ;. Up through the forest to the trail entrance:-). The trail leads back down to the starting point. Trail is varied (root, stones, fast passages and a Brückle (front wheel pull.) Now on to Spielberg back up through the vineyards in the forest on the middle Rennweg. Again, a small flat trail and down along forest paths to the sacred lake. A Rest provides here to Continue around the lake and at the other end in a trail through the gate back out and take a short asphalt stretch the way left over the meadow at the edge of the forest. & nbsp;.. along and end up in the forest and there to dent rail right down (nettle stimulate the circulation of arms and legs.:-) Across the street on a meadow, over the creek and on the forest road now in a cozy ride to Spielberg back and again by the Weibberge in the forest (our little side trip can be. omit Dear ends in nothing, not so good). forest path as before take forward to the current saddle and then pass down to the Pfeifferhütte direction Erligheim / Boennigheim., where further in vineyards and meadow valley to the starting point (a good conclusion ramp again called grains).
