Für die schnelle Feierabendrunde: Start u. Ziel ist der Parkplatz beim Sportplatz/Tennisplatz in Namborn. Es geht zunächst über Asphalt hoch nach Heisterberg und von dort zunächst weiter über Asphalt später über Feldweg Richtung Walhausen. Lange Schleife zum und durch den Buchwald. Danach kurz durch den Ort Walhausen und an der Waldorfschule hoch in den Wald. Der Weg mündet in eine Trailpassage hinunter nach Gonnesweiler und durch den Wald am Jagdschlösschen "Bocksborn" vorbei hoch und dann zunächst links Richtung Steinberg. Nächste rechts ab am Wasserhäuschen vorbei und dann rechts über die Wiese in den Wald Richtung Amesborn. Dort links halten Richtung Oberthal aber auf halbem Weg Trail rechts hoch grobe Richtung Teufelskanzel. Dann rechts bergab bis zum Feldweg, diesen queren (links-rechts-links) und über Trail bis zum Feldweg oberhalb der Nohmühle. Dort links hoch Richtung Schullandheim Oberthal. Kurz vor dem Schullandheim links ab und an der " Wildfrauenhöhle" vorbei und danach Abfahrt zur Weiheranlage Güdesweiler. Weiter durch den Ort hoch zur "Alten Trierer Straße", am "Schwarzen Kreuz" links ab und am Berghof vorbei zurück zum Startpunkt.

For quick Feierabendrunde. Starting and target is the car park at the sports field / Tennis Namborn. It's first on asphalt high to Heister mountain and from there initially continued on asphalt later on dirt road towards Walhausen. Long loop to and through the beech forest. Shortly thereafter, through the village Walhausen and at the Waldorf school high in the forest. The road leads into a passage down to Gonnesweiler Trail and through the woods on a hunting lodge & quot; Bock Born & quot; over high and then first left towards Steinberg. Next right on the waterfront cottage over and then right across the meadow into the forest towards Amesborn. There left towards Oberthal but halfway Trail right up rough direction Teufelskanzel. Then, right down to the dirt road, this cross (left-right-left) and on to the single track trail above the Nohmühle. Turn left towards high school camp Oberthal. Left just before the school hostel and from the & nbsp; & Quot; Wild Woman Cave & quot; over and after the departure of the pond system Güdesweiler. High through the village to the & quot; Old Triererstraße & quot quot ;, on &; Black Cross & quot; left and at the Berghof past back to the starting point.
