Steiler (nur-)Aufstieg vom Dörfchen Kruen bis kurz unterhalb des Fischbachkopfes. Es handelt sich um eine befestigte Schotterstraße, die auch von Autos befahren wird. Oberhalb liegt eine bewirtete Hütte, die aber (Vorsicht!) ab Mitte Sept. geschlossen wird. So ist es uns an einem 15.9. passiert, da diese am 14.9. für den Winter abgeschlossen wurde. Für bevorstehende Touren durch das nahe Karwendelmassiv oder Runden um die Zugspitze ein toller Einstieg und wenn es nicht stark regnet schon allwettertauglich, da relativ dichter Wald vorhanden ist.

Steep (only-) climb from the village Kruen until just below the Fischbach head. It is paved and good gravel road which is also used by cars. Above is a hosted hut, but (be careful!) From mid Sept. closes. This enables us to a 15.9. happens as these at 14.9. was completed for the winter. For upcoming tours to near Karwendel massif or laps around the Zugspitze a great start and if it is not raining heavily all weather conditions because of relatively dense forest is present.
