Ausgangspunkt ist die ehemalige Eichmühle zu Regenstauf. Die Tour führt zunächst vorbei am Schloss Spindelhof hinein in die Höhen des "Vogelsandes". Nach einem leichten Anstieg geht es in Richtung Medersbach wobei die Bundestraße 15 überquert werden muss. Entlang des Waldrandes, eingebettet in einer wunderbaren Landschaft, geht es ab in Richtung Fischbach zur Ortschaft Schirndorf. Ein kurzer Pfad entlang der Naab, stellt eine kleine Herausforderung dar. Ab dem Greinhof führt der Weg wieder zurück über Pirkensee, Medersbach zur Eichmühle. Dort wird dann im Restaurant über die eine oder andere Episode fachgesimpelt. Scheint dazu noch die Sonne, ist es im Garten der Eichmühle für jeden ein besonderes Tagesereignis.

The starting point is the former Eichmühle to Regenstauf. The tour takes you past the Spindelhof lock into the heights of the & quot; bird sand & quot ;. After a slight rise it goes towards Medersbach the federal highway 15 had to be crossed. Along the edge of the forest, nestled in the beautiful countryside, it goes in the direction of the village of Fischbach Schirndorf. A short path along the Naab, is a bit of a challenge. Starting Greinhof the path leads back over Pirkensee, Medersbach to Eichmühle. There will then shop talk about one or the other episode in the restaurant. Seems to have the sun, it is in the garden of Eichmühle for each day a special event.
