Los geht´s in Zeitlarn. Nach überqueren der Bahnlinie geht´s leicht bergauf Richtung Fussenberg vorbei am Hesperiden-Garten. In Fussenberg kurz vor dem Weiher linker Hand links über den Bolzplatz am Waldrand vorbei dem Trail parallel dem Gampbach folgen. Am Ende über die Wiese dann links auf dem Waldweg weiter. Nach Überqueren der Gemeinde-Straße geht´s weiter Richtung Hauzenstein (um den Vogelherd links rum). Der Straße folgen Richtung Lieberg dann links nach Maad. Mittels einem gefahren Achter über Waldwege und Trails sowie kleineren Bachdurchfahrten geht´s kurz vor Schneckenreuth wieder zurück nach Maad. Auf dem grünen Wanderweg geht’s erst ein Stück Richtung Süden dann Rechts weg nach Regenstauf, an der Eisdiele vorbei und dann auf dem Radweg wieder zurück nach Zeitlarn. Wer will kann auch den Waldweg östlich der B15 nehmen.

Get started in Zeitlarn. After the railway crossing geht's slightly uphill towards the mountain foot past the Hesperides Garden. Parallel follow in foot mountain just before the pond left hand on the left the soccer field at the edge of the woods by the trail the Gampbach. At the end of the meadow then left along the forest path. After crossing the church-road geht's further Hauzenstein direction (to the left bird stove rum). Follow the road direction Lieberg then left to Maad. By means of a driven roller on forest roads and trails and small stream crossings geht's shortly before worm Reuth back to Maad. On the green trail, it flanks a bit south then right away after rain Stauf, at the ice cream shop over and then on the bike path back to Zeitlarn. Who wants can also take the forest road east of the B15.
