Bis zum Taubensee einfache Tour mit sehr steilem Schlussanstieg. Ab da sehr viel zu tragen. Wer das liebt und schwer zu fahrende Singletrails mag, hat eine wunderbare Tour vor sich! Auffahrt: Erst relativ langweilig geteert und dann in von KFZ befahrenen Strassen, jedoch immer sonnig und mit vielen tollen Blicken auf das Kaisergebiet. Zum Schluß wirds nochmals brutal schwer. Die letzten 150hm sind wegen Steilheit und Enge der Strecke kaum fahrbar, auch wenn es griffig wäre. Der Taubensee zeigt sich gleich nach dem Steilstück fast am höchsten Punkt hier am Berg. Abfahrt: Erst muss man noch über den Sattel Richtung Strecihen/ Schleching. Das ist ca. 80hm auf und abtragen des Rades. Für jeden! Dann geht ein schöner, steiler, anspruchsvoller Singletrail bis auf den nächsten Forstweg. Mit diesem bis nach Klobenstein. Bei der Hängebrücke ist schon wieder Schluß mit Fahren und man wuchtet das Fahrrad wieder 75hm nach oben. Am Schmugglerweg angekommen erwartet einen ein Singletrail mit Wurzeln, engen Kurven, jedoch immer leicht nach Kössen bergab laufender Weg. Mit vielen Ausblicken auf das felsige und enge Tal der Tiroler Achen. Einkehr Die urige Gaststätte am Klobenstein - sehr empfehlenswert vom Ambiente her. Keinesfalls mit dem Wirt von der Taubenseehütte zusammenkommen sagt man!
