Der Startpunkt der Tour liegt am oberen Ende der Bergstraße in Heidelberg-Handschuhsheim. Von dort geht´s erstmal bergab zum Neckar, der an der Alten Brücke überquert wird. Anschließend dem Fahrradweg am Neckar bis Schlierbach folgen, um am Orstanfang rechts in den Berg einzubiegen unter der Bahnlinie durch. Hier geht es die Wolfsbrunnensteige hoch in den Wald. Dort geht es auf gut ausgebauten Waldwegen weiter nach oben. Oberhalb von Schlierbach geht es erst an der Bergschulter entlang bevor man eine Kurve zur "Hohlen Kästenbaumhütte" macht. Dann geht es weiter den Schlussanstieg hinauf, bis zur Bergstation der Bahn. Hier kann bei Bedarf das Gipfelbier genossen werden :-) Nun geht es es den Waldlehrpfad wieder hinter, um am Ende links abzubiegen und ins Tal zu fahren. Am Bergfriedhof kommt man wieder auf die Straße. Der Gaisbergstraße folgen erreicht man den Bismarkplatz, dort über die Neckarbrücke nach Handschuhsheim. Um dann die Bergstraße zu erreichen ist ein kleiner Schlussanstieg zu bewältigen. Die Strecke kann auch mit einem Trekking-/Crossbike bewältigt werden.

The starting point of the tour is at the top of the mountain road in Heidelberg-glove home. From there, & acute s first downhill to the river Neckar, which is crossed by the Old Bridge. Then Schlierbach to follow the cycle path on the Neckar to turn right into the mountain on Orstanfang under the railway line. This is the Wolfsbrunnen platforms high in the forest. There it goes on well maintained forest roads further up. Above Schlierbach it goes only to the mountain shoulder along a curve before the & quot; Hollow Tree Hut boxes & quot; makes. Then it goes on the final climb up, up to the mountain station of the railway. When required, the summit beer to be enjoyed:-) Now it is there the forest trail behind again to turn left at the end and go down into the valley. Hillside Cemetery to get back on the road. Follow the Gaisbergstraße reach the Bismark place there over the Neckar bridge after glove home. Then, in order to reach the mountain road is to deal with a small final climb. The route can be covered with a trekking / cross bike.
