Los geht's am Bamberger Bahnhof. Zunächst auf geteerten Radwegen stadtauswärts, nach Unterquerung der Autobahn kommt schon die erste Steigung von ca. 80 hm bis zum Schützenhaus. Dort nach recht in den Wald und auf ebenen oder leicht ansteigenden Forststraßen weiter. Irgendwann muss man vom geschotterten Weg nach links auf einen Waldweg, der schlammig sein kann und wo ein paar Bäume quer liegen. Weiter geht es auf Landwirtschafts- und Radwegen nach Melkendorf. Hinter Melkendorf kommt eine fiese, sehr steile (Rettungsritzel!) Rampe am Waldrand. Ziel: Nicht absteigen.... Danach wird es wieder flacher und man rollt gemützlich nach Herzogenreuth hinein. Jetzt heißt es Sattel versenken und konzentrieren, denn die nächsten Kilometer sind das Touren-Highlight: Ein ca. 1 m breiter, sehr flowiger aber technisch nicht übermäßig anspruchsvoller Trail Richtung Tiefenellern. Einzig auf die feuchten Wurzeln muss man aufpassen. Vorsicht: Wanderer- und Pilzsucher-Wechsel im gesamten Tal! Bitte nehmt Rücksicht. Von Tiefenellern aus fährt man auf Radwegen über Litzendorf wieder zurück nach Bamberg. Wer noch Körner hat, kann sich auf den zahllosen Trails beim Trimmdich-Pfad austoben. Alternativ bietet sich ein Belohnungsbier oder eines der leckeren Essen im Schützenhaus an.

Go on & nbsp; Bamberg train. First, on paved bike paths out of town, after passing under the motorway come on the first pitch of about 80 hm to the clubhouse. Only on the wet roots must watch & nbsp; caution. Walkers and mushroom pickers change in the entire valley! Please take into consideration. From Tiefenellern you have to go on bike paths on Litzendorf back to Bamberg. Who still has grains themselves & can nbsp; play on the numerous trails in the trim trail. Alternatively, take a reward beer or a delicious meal in the clubhouse.
