Es gibt Tage, da geht alles schief... Von Nerezine geht es zuerst den Küstenweg Richtung Osor bis zur Tankstelle, dann wenige Kilometer bis Osor und weiter bergauf bis zur ersten Abzweigung nach Ustrinje. Wir fahren jedoch nicht links Richtung Ustrinje sondern nehmen den Schotterweg rechts nach Loze. Der Schotterweg ist als Wander- und Bikeweg ausgeschildert. Links und rechts herrliche Blicke auf die Küste und Buchten der Halbinsel Punta Kriza. Doch nicht nur das Auge ist ständig durch grandiose Ausblicke abgelenkt, auch die Nase ist durch die vielen Kräuterdüfte voll im Einsatz. Salbeifelder wohin das Auge blickt , unterbrochen durch Wacholdersträuche. Unterwegs sind einige Holzgatter zu öffnen und wieder zu schließen. Nach der kleinen Kirche Majka Bozja od Loze wird der Weg ruppiger und geht schließlich in einen Trail über. Dieser Trail endet schließlich in dem kleinen, verlassenen Gehöft Loze. Von Loze aus kann man entweder zurück auf die Strasse, die von Osor nach Punta Kriza führt oder per Trail und Wege einen Kreis nach Norden hin fahrend Richtung Verin und Plat weiter. Ich habe die zweite Variante gewählt und nach einiger Zeit den Trail Richtung Verin "verloren". Nun war ca. 30 Minuten Schieben und Tragen angesagt. Wer das vermeiden will, kann entweder auf dem selben Weg zurück oder wie vorher erwähnt auch zur Strasse hinaus (die von Osor nach Punta Kriza führt) fahren. Eine andere Alternative wäre noch die Runde seitenverkehrt von Plat nach Verin zu fahren. Gerade dieses Stück ist landschaftlich besonders reizvoll! Bei Verin habe ich dann mein Handy verloren (aus der nicht geschlossenen Satteltasche geschüttelt). Da ich den Verlust erst zu Hause in Nerezine bemerkte, konnte ich das Ganze nochmals fahren. Da an diesem Tage auch noch eine äußerst starke Bora blies, artete es in eine Schinderei aus... - Wenigstens habe ich das Handy wieder gefunden. Es lag auf einer Rüttelpiste nahe bei Verin. Also Satteltasche schließen und viel Spass beim Biken!

There are days when everything goes wrong ... From Nerezine it is & nbsp; first the coastal path towards Cres to the gas station, then a few miles to Cres and continue uphill to the first turnoff to Ustrinje. We do not drive left towards Ustrinje but take the dirt road right after Loze. The dirt road is signposted hiking and biking trail. Left and right magnificent views of the coast and bays of Punta Kriza peninsula. But not only the eye is constantly distracted by the spectacular views, the nose is full of the many herbal scents in use. Sage fields everywhere you look, interrupted by juniper bushes. Move some wooden gates to open and close again. After the small church Majka Bozja od Loze the path is rougher and eventually turns into a trail. This trail eventually ends up in the small, abandoned homestead Loze. From Loze you can either go back on the road that leads from Cres to Punta Kriza or by trail and routes a circuit to the north, driving direction Verin and Plat on. I chose the second option and after some time the trail toward Verin & quot; & quot lost ;. Well about 30 minutes pushing and carrying was announced. Anyone who wants to avoid this, either on the same way back or as previously mentioned towards the road drive (which runs from Cres to Punta Kriza). Another alternative would be the wrong way round to drive from Plat to Verin. Especially this piece is very scenic! When Verin, I then lost my phone (not shaken from the closed saddlebag). Then I noticed the only loss at home in Nerezine, I was able to ride the whole thing again. Since that day still a very strong Bora blew, it degenerated into a grind from ... - At least I have found the phone again. It was on a bumpy near Verin. So close saddle bag and have fun while biking!
