Eine technisch wenig anspruchsvolle Tour in abwechslungsreicher Landschaft, bei der insbes. die Abfahrt reizvoll ist. Von Rappottenstein aus fahren wir ein Stück auf der Bundesstraße Richtung Arbesbach und biegen schon nach wenigen hundert Meter rechts ab. Entlang des großen Kamps fahren wir auf einem Karrenweg durch eine schöne Flußlandschaft, bis wir wieder auf eine Straße kommen. Über Kirchbach auf Asphalt nach Groß Gundholz, auf Feldwegen und Asphalt Richtung Wiesensfeld und Haselbach. Ca.1.5.km hinter Haselbach bietet sich ein Abstecher zum wild-romantischen Höllfall an (600m auf Forststraße). Auf den Findlingen im Großen Kamp lässt gut rasten und die Füße kühlen. Weiter geht’s über Petrobruck nach Brunn. Vorsicht bei der Brunnmühle: Der Bauer dort hat definitiv Vorurteile gegen Biker. Und offenbar die angebrachten Wegmarkierungen entfernt. Kann sein, dass unser Tracklog hier nicht so ganz präzise ist... Weiter nach Lohn und Pernthon, wo wir auf die Steinpilzstrecke treffen und diese in entgegengesetzter Richtung fahren. Eine schöne Abfahrt, mit Trails und Wegen, durch eine abwechslungsreiche Landschaft ist der Höhepunkt der Tour. Ein nettes und günstiges Quartier haben wir bei Fam. Rogner-Steininger in Dietharts (www.rappottenstein.at/Tourismus/urlbauern.htm, Tel. 02828/8394) gefunden. A technically less demanding tour in a varied landscape, with the esp. Exit is sexy. From Rappottenstein we drive a piece on the main road towards Arbesbach and turn after a few hundred meters to the right. Along the great struggle we go on a cart path through a beautiful river landscape, until we get back on the road. About Kirch Bach on asphalt to Great Gundholz, on dirt roads and asphalt direction Wiesensfeld and Haselbach. Ca.1.5.km behind Haselbach offers a trip to the wild-romantic Höllfall at (600m on forest road). On the boulders in the Great Kamp makes good rest and cool the feet. Continue via Petro Bruck to Brunn. Care with Brunn mill: The farmer there has definitely prejudices against bikers. And obviously the mounted path markings removed. It may be that our tracklog not quite accurate here ... Continue to wage and Pernthon, where we meet the porcini mushroom route and these go in the opposite direction. A beautiful descent, with trails and paths through a varied landscape is the highlight of the tour. We have a nice and cheap accommodation in Fam. Rogner-Steininger in Dietharts (www.rappottenstein.at/Tourismus/urlbauern.htm, Tel. 02828/8394) found. The tour described follows largely the same shared line from www.mbike.at.
