Die Tourenbeschreibung beginnt ab den Parkplätzen entlang der Bernsteinstraße in Nittendorf (möglich ist Netto/ehemalige Post/Straße/bei Grundschule). Empfohlen wird die Verwendung einer Bikebrille mit gelben Gläsern, da viele Abschnitte durch dichten Wald und leicht unwegsames Gelände führen. Entlang der Bernsteinstraße geht es bei der Grundschule in Richtung Tennisanlage. Dort wechseln wir den Bergrücken in Richtung Süden und fahren ein erstes durch den Wald. Achtung gleich nach einer 90° - Kurve nach links geht es zwischen den Bäumen hindurch, also aufpassen. Nach ca. 600 m geht es links, hier jedoch den Trail neben dem Hohlweg benutzen. Dann runter zu den Kletterfelsen (siehe Foto) und weiter nach Westen durch einen wunderschönen Trail (Achtung steil). Auf dem Schotterweg angekommen fahren wir bei Untereinbuch (ein Weiler) rechts den Berg hoch und verlegen unseren Weg in den Wald linksseitig. Wir gewinnen rasch an Höhe. Nach ca. 800 m halten wir uns links. Wir fahren den Schwarzholzstein abwärts - Achtung: hier sind immer viele Wanderer unterwegs, also bitte Rücksicht nehmen. Danke. In der Abfahrt durch den Schwarzholzsteig fahre ich rechts ab! Dies solte man jedoch nur machen, wenn einem an Aussichtspunkten etwas liegt. Ansonsten kann man den Schwarzholzsteig weiter fahren und gelangt wieder auf die Route. Will man zum Aussichtspunkt auf die Locher Burg, kann man nach rechts hochfahren (Spitzkehre). Nach ca. 300 m geht es scharf links den Berg hinuter. Bitte absteigen und schieben. Danke. Wieder auf dem Schwarzholzsteig geht es runter. An der Straße ca. 10 m nach Westen und dann links einbiegen über einen kleinen Metallsteg. Wir queren die Laber und kommen zwischen den Gebäuden des Brauereigasthofes Eichhofen raus. Hier die Straße schräg queren und in die gegenüberliegende Erschließungsstrape einbiegen. Dieser folgen wir hoch bis zum Gut Rammelstein. Dort links halten - nicht durch das Anwesen fahren - und die Straße nach Thumhausen benutzen. In Thumhausen in der Bergabfahrt scharf rechts fahren und dieser Erschließungsstraße folgen. Man erreicht eine Pferdekoppel. Wir erreichen den Waldrand. Achtung hier wird der Weg unwegsam und man denkt möglcherweise, man sei falsch. Nein, hier geht es lang. Dann geht es scharf rechts auf einen Pfad. Möglcherweise erkennt ihr den Pfad auf Anhieb nicht. Einfach durch das Gestrüpp - kommt bei dieser Tour öfter vor - und man erreicht einen alten Waldweg. Nicht von den Hindernissen beindrucken lassen (siehe Foto) - einfach drum herum fahren. Steil geht es abwärts und wir erreichen eine Wiese. Bitte nicht denke, ich hätte mich verfahren. Einfach über die Wiese und dann scharf rechts zur Holzschranke. Dahinter ist ein Schotterweg. Jetzt dem Weg folgen taleinwärts. Nach ca. 700 m geht es links den Berg hoch. Dem Weg hoch folgen - nicht nach rechts (dort verläuft der Hauptweg). Wir gewinnen rasch an Höhe und folgen auf Höhe angekommen dem Waldweg schräg rechts. Dem Asphalt nach rechts folgen. Nach der Ortschaft Kühschlag biegen wir nach links ein und fahren rechts über die Wiese ins Tal. Z. Teil verschwindet der Weg kurz. Achtung auf dem Talweg (Feldweg) fahren wir ein kurzes Stück um dann direkt auf einen Pfad einzubiegen. Diser ist durch einen wilden Birnbaum verdeckt. Dahinter kommt jedoch ein fahrbarer Pfad. Wir erreichen Hardt und fahren links von der Straße ab. Jetzt nicht dem ausgemergelten Aspalt folgen, sondern links halten und den Berg hochstrampel. Wir gewinnen wieder rasch an Höhe und erreichen im Wald eine Abzweigung nach links (auf Wandermarkierung blau achten!). Jetzt folgt ein wunderschöner und flowiger Trail. Selber geniessen. Über einen etwas sumpfigen Weg erreichen wir die Anhöhe über Alling. Hier geht es entlang dem Pfad abwärts. Achtung! - Der Weg runter - neben dem Gebäude - war einmal (zur Touraufnahme) ein offizieller Wanderweg. Dies wurde vor kurzem geändert. Also - jetzt - bitte absteigen und schieben, ggf. umkehren. Wir fahren die Labertalstraße entlang bis zur Einmündung an der Verbindungsstraße Sinzing/Kelheim. Hier die Straße queren und auf dem gegenüberliegenden Radweg weiterfahren, dann scharf links den Berg hoch fahren. Am ersten querenden Schotterweg rechts fahren. Diesem folgen. Am Knotenpunkt scharf links fahren. Es geht ein sehr kurzes Stück steil den Berg hoch. Der Schotterstraße folgen. Man erreicht die Anhöhe über Bergmatting. Hier hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Donautal (siehe Foto). Wir folgen der Straße in Richtung Donautal. Beim Weiler "Rosengarten" geht es scharf links in einen Feldweg. Auf den Straßenverkehr achten beim Abbiegen. Wir erreichen den Waldrand. Hier scharf rechts und nach ca. 40 m scharf links fahren. Jetzt dem grün markiertem Wanderweg folgen. Ein absolut flowiger Weg wartet auf das Befahren. Beim Abzweig zum Aussichtspunkt in Richtung Donau habe ich angehalten und bin rüber. Der Blick auf Matting ist klasse (Foto). Zurück vom Aussichtspunkt geht es in der kommenden Linkskurve hoch. Wir halten uns weiter rechts und folgem dem Waldpfad. Ein Traum von einem Pfad - leicht zu befahren - führt durch dichtem Laubwald. Wir folgen der blauen Wandermarkierung, queren eine Schotterstraße und fahren der Wandermarkierung blau folgend weiter bis wir eine große Lichtung erreichen. Hier halten wir uns links den Berg runter. Auf der Schotterstraße fahre ich immer sehr langsam. Zum einen weil hinter jeder Kurve ein Wirtschaftsfahrzeug stehen kann und zum anderen weil es mir sonst immer die Schlammbatzen um die Ohren haut, die ich vorher im letzten Waldstück aufgezogen habe. Wir ereichen den Weiler Bruckdorf und queren über eine Holzbrücke die Laber. Geradewegs geht es den Berg hoch. In einer Linkskurve entdecken wir eine rote Wandermarkierung. Diesem Weg folgen wir. Es geht so dahin und wir erreichen einen Pfad der steil hoch führt. Durch eine Sumpfstelle hindurch erreichen wir den Tunnel unter der Autobahn. Den Weiler "Waldhäusl" lassen wir rechts liegen und folgen dem Schotter bis zur Asphaltstraße. Dort halten wir uns rechts und fahren bis rechts der Wald beginnt. Hier schaft links abzweigen auf die grüne Wandermarkierung. Diesem Weg folgen wir - Achtung: beim Befahren gestern lag plötzlich eine riesige Buche auf dem Weg - Sturmschaden - einfach herum fahren. Bald führt der Pfad links bergab. Toller Trail. Kurz vor dem Ende des Wanderweges fahre ich links durch das Gestüpp.und komme zu einem Schotterstück. Hier überquere ich die Straße und fahre in den Parkplatz oberhalb Riegling ein. Am oberen Eck der ersten Parkbucht führt ein Pfädlein steil hoch. Achtung es folgt sofort eine Spitzkehre nach rechts. Man kann schieben oder ein Stück weiter hoch fahren um dann die Strecke über eine Schotterstraße wieder aufzunehmen. Man versäumt allerdings schon etwas. Es ist alles fahrbar, wenn evtl. auch nciht beim ersten Mal. Auf gut ausgebauter Schotterstraße erreichen wir einen versteckten Zugang zur Endurostrecke. Die konnte ich nicht auslassen. Zu schön beim befahren. Bitte vorsichtig angehen, vorallem, wenn man die Strecke noch nicht kennt. Man kann auch ganz langsam oder auch schiebend - ist keine Schande, habe ich auch beim ersten Mal gemacht - bewältigen. Dann schräg rechts hoch fahren und den zweiten Teil der Endurostrecke befahren. Achtung - hier gibt es eine "Zwangsschanze" - also bitte langsam fahren und wer nicht springen will, absteigen. Wir erreichen Marienhöhe. Dort halten wir uns an den Höhenweg. Dieser zweigt kurz vor der Treppenanlage parallel zur Bahnlinie in Richtung Nürnberg ab. Dem Höhenweg folgen wir. Achtung - auch hier bitte stets auf Wanderer achten. Danke. Rechts zeigt sich eine kleine Waldlichtung. Der Pfad führt gerade weiter, wir folgen jedoch dem Wirtschaftsweg bergab in Richtung Gorrehof. Nach rasanter Abfahrt, leider nur ca. 500 m, geht es scharf links und steil den Berg auf einem Pfad wieder hoch. Wir queren eine Schotterstraße und folgen dem Pfad weiter bergaufwärts. Jetzt erreichen wir einen breiten Wirtschaftsweg und folgen diesem rechts in Richtung Autobahn. Hier halten wir uns weiter rechts und zweigen dann nach rechts in den blau markierten Wanderweg ab. Diesem folgen wir. Es geht so dahin, bis wir eine "große Kreuzung" im Wald erreichen. Ab jetzt geht es nur noch runter. Auch hier sind Wanderer unterwegs und auf halber Abwärtsstrecke ist eine Schotterstraße zu queren, also bitte kontrolliert fahren. Das gilt auch für den zweiten Abschnitt. Am Ende dieses 2. Abschnittes steht man vor einem Enduropfad. Da konnte ich nicht wiederstehen. Für alle, die diese Strecke noch nicht gefahren sind, empfehle ich erst das einfache begehen, um abzuschätzen, wo man Gas geben muss und wo nicht. Man kann diesen kurzen Abschnitt auch auslassen, da ich bei der Bahnlinie einen Haken schlage und wieder zur Einstiegsstelle zurück radle. Jetzt den Schotterweg rechts hoch. Wir halten uns rechts um dann in einen Waldtrail einzufahren. Jetzt geht es flowig abwärts. Vorsicht beim Steilstück, am Ende geht es scharf rechts ab. Es geht so dahin. Wir ereichen den Randbereich von Nittendorf und umfahren es. Auf der Betonstraße geht es über die Autobahn und dann scharf rechts nach Nittendorf hinein. Zwischen den Häusern ereichen wir wieder die Bernsteinstraße. Auf dieser Tour habe ich mich bemüht, möglichst wenig Aspaltstraßen zu benutzen. Dies war nicht immer vermeidbar. Viele Streckenabschnitte führen durch dichten Wald, deshalb bite nicht unbedingt dunkle Sonnenbrillen alls Ray Charles verwenden. Nochmal meine Bitte - achtet auf Wanderer und es muss nicht jeder Abschnitt befahren werden - Danke. Es ist keine "Warmduschertour" - obwohl ich eigentlich nie kalt Dusche. Jedenfalls fährt meine Frau die Tour problemlos mit, wenngleich sie auch die Sprünge und das eine oder andere Steilstück zum befahren auslässt. Also viel Spass.

After rapid departure, only about 500 m, there is a sharp left and steeply up the mountain on a path back up. We cross a gravel road and follow the path further uphill. Now we reach a wide farm track and follow it to the right towards the motorway. Here we keep to the right and then branch off to the right in the blue marked trail from. We follow this. Again, hikers on the road and half-way downlink is a gravel road to cross, so please go check. This also applies to the second section. At the end of the second section you are faced with an Enduro path. Since I could not resist.
