Los geht’s in Böminghausen! Downhill nach Würdinghausen und dann auf den Philosophenweg nach Altenhundem, dort geht’s dann auf einem Schotteruphill zur Hohen Bracht und dann Downhill nach Bilstein. An der Jugendherbergs-Burg geht’s dann wieder Uphill mäßig ins Repetal und über Helden zur Burg Schnellenberg und dann Downhill nach Attendorn. Kurzer Uphill zur SGV-Hütte am Biggesee mit Traumblick und dann weiter nach Worbscheid! Dann weiter nach Hunswinkel, an der Lister vorbei nach Kalberschnacke und dann über den Berg nach Stade und Rhode. Hier überqueren wir die B55 und fahren auf dem Napoleonweg, vorbei am Fahrtrainingsplatz zum Skigebiet Fahlenscheid. Dann geht’s Downhill nach Welschen-Ennest undüber den Berg erst nach Varst und dann nach Wirme. Noch kurz einen Abstecher auf dem steilen 22% Kreuzweg nach Kohlhagen und dann Downhill nach Flape und über den Berg nach Albaum! Und dann Uphill nach Böminghausen!

Go in Böminghausen! Downhill after Würdinghausen and then to the Philosophers by Altenhundem, there it's off to a Schotteruphill to Hohe Bracht and then downhill to Bilstein. At the youth hostel castle it's off again Uphill moderately to Repetal and hero to the castle hill and then downhill fast after Attendorn. Short Uphill for SGV-hut on the Bigge Lake with stunning views and then on to Worbscheid! Then on to Hunswinkel, at the Lister over after Kalberschnacke and then over the hill to Stade and Rhode. Here we cross the B55 and follow the Napoleonweg, past the driver training course for ski resort Fahlenscheid. Then it's downhill to Italians-Ennest undüber the mountain after Vårst and then Wirme. Shortly a detour on the steep 22% crossroads after Kohlhagen and then downhill to Flape and over the hill to Albaum! And then after Böminghausen Uphill!
