Start in Böminghausen! Und dann geht’s erstmal rauf zum Schwarzen Kreuz nähe Panorama Park. Weiter Richtung Heinsdorfer Heide und dort Richtung alten Eisenbahntunnel. Leider gabs hier in der Nähe vom Dreiherrenstein noch viel Sturmschäden und wir mussten die Bikes den Hang rauf schleppen. Weiter gings über das schwarzbachtal dann richtung rhein-weser-turm und dann über die sonbornquelle nach jagdhaus! Herrlich eingekehr hier am schäferhof! Zurück geht’s dann wieder über die sonbornquelle, den margaretenstein zum rhein-weser-turm und dann via panorama-park zum marmeke-downhill und schon waren wir wieder in böminghausen!

Start in Böminghausen! And then you go up first to the Black Cross near Panorama Park. Continue towards Hein Heide and there towards the old railway tunnel. Sorry, there was here near the Dreiherrenstein much storm damage and we had to carry up the hill the bike. Next we went on the Schwarzbach then direction Rhine-Weser-tower and then the sonbornquelle after hunting lodge! Wonderfully be returning to the sheep farm here! Back then you go back over the sonbornquelle, the margaret stone to the Rhine-Weser-tower and then via panorama park for marmeke-downhill and we were back in böminghausen!
