5. Tag Donnerstag den 30.8.12 „Vom Isonzo in den Ternowaner Wald“ (53km, 1909Hm) Kobarid / Caporetto / Karfreit – Idrsko - ¬ Trinsky vrch – Solarji – Volce – Tolmin - Most na Soci – Cepovan - Lokve Ein kurzes Stück fahren wir auf der Straße Richtung Tolmin, danach geht es rechts schon wieder bergauf. Wir machen einen Abstecher in das Kolovrat-Gebirge, auf dessen etwa 1200 m hohem Kamm die Grenze zwischen Italien und Slowenien verläuft.Nach etwa 1000 Hm, erreichen wir den Kamm und kurz darauf eine kleine Anhöhe, von der wir eine wunderbare Aussicht haben. Der Weg geht wieder hinunter ins Tal der Soca, bis Tolmin. Auf den folgenden 7km nach Most na Soci benutzen wir Hauptstraße entlang des Flusses. Im Ort biegen wir in südöstlicher Richtung ab. In unzähligen Kurven windet sich eine schmales Straße am Hang entlang aufwärts, es folgt ein unscheinbarer Pass und nach kurzer Abfahrt das Dorf Cepovan, von hier nach Osten, zum Ziel der heutigen Etappe. Über einen Bergsattel auf etwa 1000 m kommen wir nach Lokve. Gasthofs Winkler ist das nächste Quartier

Day 5 Thursday 8/30/12 & bdquo; From the Isonzo in the Ternowaner Forest & ldquo; (53km, 1909Hm) Kobarid / Caporetto / Kobarid & ndash; Idrsko - & not; Trinsky vrch & ndash; Solarji & ndash; Volce & ndash; Tolmin - Most na Soci & ndash; Cepovan - Lokve we drive a short distance on the road to Tolmin, then turn right again uphill. We take a trip to the Kolovrat Mountains, on whose about 1200 m high ridge the border between Italy and Slovenia verläuft.Nach about 1000 Hm, we reach the ridge and shortly afterwards a small hill, from which we have a wonderful view. The trail goes back down into the valley of Soca, to Tolmin. On the following 7km to Most na Soci we use the main road along the river. In the village we turn in a southeasterly direction. In countless curves, a narrow road winds along the slope upwards, it follows an unassuming pass and after a short descent the village Cepovan, from here to the east, the goal of today's stage. We come across a mountain saddle at about 1000 meters after Lokve. Gasthof Winkler is the next Quarter
