Die Bike Tour führt von Meran ungefähr der schweren Variante der Via Claudia und dem E15 folgend hoch über dem Etschtal nach Bozen. Die Seilbahn von Meran 2000 hilft über die ersten 1200 Höhenmeter hinweg (sind in der Höhenangabe nicht mit eingerechnet). Die große Gondel ist auf Biker eingerichtet (sogar mit Fahrradständer innen!). Die Tour startet am Nordrand von Meran am Tal der Passer. Von hier Teile des Sissi-wegs folgende über meist ruhige Nebenstarssen und wege zur Talstation. Von der Bergstation Richtung Meraner Hütte dem Forstweg folgend. Auf dem Weg mehrere Eikehrmöglichkeiten. Nach der Meraner Hütte auf Wanderweg zum Kreuzjöchl und durch Waldstück mit teilweise stark ausgewachenem Wanderweg (teilweise auch etwas verblockt) zum Möltener Kaser (mein Favorit zum Einkehren). Danach nach Langfenn mit kleinem Kirchlein und weiter zum Gasthaus Edelweiss oberhalb von Jenesien. Auf Wegen und später Strassen zum Radweg am Fluss entlang in die schöne fahrradgerechte Altstadt von Bozen und von dort zum Bahnhof (nach einer ausgiebigen Einkehrpause oder sonstigen Genüssen wie Eis, Kultur oder Shoppen). Mit dem Zug zurück (getaktete Verbindung Fahrradmitnahme erlaubt).

The bike tour leads from Meran about the severe variant of the Via Claudia and the E15 following high above the Adige Valley to Bolzano. The cable car from Merano 2000 to help over the first 1200 meters away (not in the altitude included in the calculation). The large pod is set to bikers (even with bike inside). The tour starts at the northern edge of the valley of Merano register. From here parts of Sissi consistently following through mostly quiet Nebenstarssen and routes to the base station. Following the forest from the mountain station towards Merano hut. On the way several Eikehrmöglichkeiten. After Merano hut on the trail Kreuzjöchl and through forest with partly strongly ausgewachenem trail (also somewhat interlocked) for Möltener Kaser (my favorite to stop by). Then after Langfenn small church and on to the Gasthaus Edelweiss above Genesio. On ways and later streets to the bike path along the river in the beautiful bicycle-friendly town of Bolzano and from there to the station (after a long pause stop or other treats like ice cream, culture or shopping). With the train back (connection timed bicycles allowed).
