4 salite e altrettante discese, corte ma molto impegnative e una più bella dell'altra, ideali nei mesi freddi quando la neve si trova più in alto e i sentieri sono liberi da escursionisti, nei mesi estivi consigliabile solo di mattina. Si può partire dalla funivia di Vilpiano o dalla Terlaner Weinstube. Attenzione alla salita che parte dalla Terlaner Weinstube ( da fare 2 volte) estremamente ripida uscita autostrada del brennero bolzano sud, superstrada per merano uscita Terlano o Vilpiano, parcheggio alla funivia per Meltina
