Un itinerario abbastanza impegnativo che partendo dal livello del mare e dalla località balneare di Spotorno (Savona) porta nel territorio del comune di Quiliano, sino a raggiungere la frazione di Montagna. Da questa località si imbocca il sentiero dei 5 ponti attraversando ripetutamente il torrente Trexenda per tornare in quota e successivamente rituffarsi a Spotorno lungo il bellissimo single-track della via antica romana.
Partendo da Spotorno, si inizia subito a salire imboccando la strada sterrata che parte dal campeggio Leo e porta sulla provinciale asfaltata che sale verso Voze. Lasciando il bivo per le Manie sulla sinistra si raggiunge il centro abitato di Magnone, dove, nei pressi del municipio si prende la ripida salita che diventa presto sterrata seguendo le indicazioni Rocche Bianche.
Raggiunto la locanda Cà dei Gatti presso le Rocche Bianche si devia verso destra seguendo il segnavia indicato con un quadrato rosso. La strada prevalentemente in discesa conduce sino all'abitato di Montagna.
Dalla piazza di Montagna si ricomincia a salire e seguendo il segnavia rombo rosso si imbocca il sentiero dei 5 ponti. La strada dapprima pianeggiante dopo alcuni chilometri tramite 5 caratteristici ponti attraversa ripetutamente il torrente Trexenda, per poi impennarsi negli ultimi 3 chilometri molto impegnativi.
Raggiunta la strada delle Tagliate, giriamo a sinistra e ci ritroviamo nuovamente in località Rocche Bianche: aggirando il ristorante si percorre un bel sentiero in discesa sino alle pendici di Bric Berba.
La strada riporta velocemente sulle colline a ridosso del mare e dell'abitato di Sportorno. Presso il ripetitore di Bric Colombino inizia una nuova ripida discesa. Risaliamo sino alle pendici di Monte Mao e dopo una nuova veloce discesa, si imbocca a destra la strada che scende verso il mare in direzione dell'isola di Bergeggi.
Inizia uno stupendo single-track a strapiombo sul mare e sulla sottostante spiaggia di Torre del Mare sino a raggiungere Spotorno attraverso la via antica romana.

A fairly challenging route that, starting from the level of the sea and the seaside resort of Spotorno (Savona) port in the territory of the municipality of Quiliano, until you reach the village of Mountain. Reached the inn at Cà dei Gatti Rocche Bianche you turn to the right following the signpost indicated with a red square. The road mostly downhill leads to the hamlet of Mountain.
From the square in Mountain starts to rise again and following the trail red rhombus take the path of the 5 bridges. The road first flat after a few kilometers through 5 characteristic bridges crossing the creek repeatedly Trexenda, before rising strongly in the last three kilometers very challenging.
Reaching the road of cut, turn left, and again we find ourselves in places Rocche Bianche : bypassing the restaurant along a beautiful trail downhill until the slopes of Bric Berba.
The road back quickly on the hills overlooking the sea and the town of Sportorno. At the repeater Bric Colombino start a new steep descent. We climb up the slopes of Mount Mao and after a new rapid descent, turn right onto the road that leads down to the sea to the island of Bergeggi.
Start a superb single-track overlooking the sea and below on the beach at Torre del Mare to reach Spotorno through the ancient Roman street.
