Partendo da Spotorno, si inizia a salire imboccando la strada provinciale asfaltata che sale verso Le Manie. Raggiunto l'abitato di Voze, si lascia il bivo per le Manie sulla sinistra e si raggiunge il centro abitato di Magnone. Si prosegue su strada asfaltata in direzione S.Filippo e S.Giorgio, superato il quale si devia a destra su strada sterrara seguendo le indicazioni Rocche Bianche.
Raggiunto la locanda Cà dei Gatti presso le Rocche Bianche si continua a salire sino ad incontrare l'alta via dei monti liguri che porta sino a Colla S.Giacomo, presso la quale è possibile sfruttare il posto tappa accanto la chiesetta per un riposo e per rifornirsi di acqua alla fontana.
Torniamo adesso indietro per la strada percorsa in salita per circa un kilometro per deviare presso uno spiazzo ai piedi di un ripido tratto sulla destra su una larga sterrata. La veloce e lunga discesa porta sino all'abitato di Orco, raggiunta la piazza del quale si prende in salita la strada che costeggia il piccolo cimitero.
A breve la strada torna in discesa, veloce, divertente e mai banale. Il sentiero ad un certo punto si stringe diventa più tecnico e passa accanto le pareti di roccia di Boragni, dove numerosi appassionati si dilettano nel free climbing.
E' stato raggiunto il paese di Boragni, scendiamo nel fondovalle attraverso un nuovo sentiero sterrato. Ora occorre risalire su asfalto verso Portio. A metà salita si devia per la borgata Rocca superata la quale la strada torna sterrata sotto la Rocca degli Uccelli sino a raggiungere la cappella di Portio. Ci si immette sulla parte superiore del sentiero dei ciechi fino a raggiungere la colla di Magnone.
Il giro è al termine, tornati al paese di Magnone, deviamo dalla strada asfaltata per un ultimo tratto sterrato sino al paesino di Tosse e da lì in asfalto si riscende a Spotorno.

Starting from Spotorno, you start to climb onto the paved road that climbs toward Le Manie. Reached the town of Voze, you leave the Bivo for Manie on the left and you will reach the town of Magnone. We return Now back by the same road uphill for about a mile to divert at a clearing at the foot of a steep section to the right on a wide dirt road. The fast and long descent leads to the hamlet of Orco, reached the square where you will take the uphill road that runs along the small cemetery.
A short way back downhill, fast, fun and never boring . The trail narrows to a certain point it becomes more technical and past the rock walls of Boragni, where many fans revel in free climbing.
E 'reached the village of Boragni, we descend into the valley through a new dirt track. Now we must go back to Ectocervix on asphalt. Halfway up we turn to the township Rocca after which the road becomes dirt under the Fortress of Birds until you reach the chapel of Portio. There are places on the top of the path of the blind until you reach the glue Magnone.
The tour is over, returned to the country of Magnone, we deviate from the road for one last stretch of dirt road up to the village of Cough and from there into the asphalt freewheel down to Spotorno.
