Diese Runde ist besonders für den Winter bzw. nasse Jahreszeit geeignet und führt überwiegend über Waldwege, die auch im nassen Zustand gut befahrbar sind. Die Aufzeichnung erfolgte mit Garmin 60CSx und die Nachbearbeitung mit Touratech QV4. In der ersten Hälfte befinden sich zum Einfahren wenig Anstiege. In der zweiten Hälfte kommt dann Anstieg nach Anstieg. Die Normalrunde des Rundkurses ist im Uhrzeigersinn zu befahren. Im Wiederholungsfall hinterlässt die Tour in entgegengesetzter Richtung - durch neue Anstiege und Abfahrten- einen völlig anderen Eindruck. Wer zum Abschluss Kaffee und Kuchen möchte, kann 200 m vor dem Ende der Tour auf der rechten Seite im "Bauerngarten Gut Roland" gut Einkehren. Wer möchte, bekommt hier auch ein Bier.
