Die Aufzeichnung erfolgte mit Garmin 60CSx und die Nachbearbeitung mit Touratech QV4. Diese Tour, ist wegen der gut zu befahrenen Wege, auch für eine Wintertour gut geeignet und führt zu 80% durch schönes sowie geschütztes Waldgebiet. Die erste Hälfte dient zum Einfahren und die zweite Hälfte besteht dann aus einigen Anstiegen - und eignet sich sehr gut als Winterkrafttraining - man sollte dafür aber die Anstiege mit moderater Intensität fahren. Vom Parkplatz unter der A44 geht es in südlicher Richtung über eine schöne Zubringerstrecke zum Aaper Wald. In der ersten Abfahrt zum Aaper Wald - rechts durch die Absperrung. Nach dem ersten Anstieg im Aaper Wald kommt man nach einer Weile zu einer asphaltierten Strasse, die man geradeaus überquert und dann rechts parallel zur Strasse den kleinen Pfad folgen. Im zweiten Teil folgen einige Anstiege hintereinander und es gibt einige Höhenmeter. Es besteht jederzeit die Möglichkeit die Strecke abzukürzen, da diese Tour im hinteren Teil auf einer kleinen Fläche erfolgt. Nach dem Verlassen des Aaper Wald fährt man über Asphalt zum Startpunkt von der anderen Seite zurück. Viel Spaß bei der schönen Tour wünscht HvdH P.S.
