Bei dieser Tour solltest Du dein Mountainbike schon beherrschen, das hier ist nix für Anfänger ! Wir starten die Tour an der alten Abtei in Bendorf-Sayn. Vom Parkplatz aus geht hinauf Richtung Kletterpark. Die ersten 4 km sind recht langweilig, hier geht einfach nur bergan. Dann fahren wir kurz vor Höhr Grenzhausen unter der Autobahn A48 durch und biegen rechts in einen Feldweg ein. Bei ca km 7,8 gehts links ab, den Berg hinunter. Ab hier fahren wir fast nur noch enge Waldwege über Stock und Stein. Hoher Spassfaktor !! Ihr solltet aber keine Angst vor Brennesseln haben, die fackeln Euch im Hochsommer nämlich die Beine an ! Bei ca. km 8,7 kommt Ihr an einen kleinen Steg, der über einen Bach führt. Diese Stelle erreicht ihr nochmal bei ca km 16,5. Diesen Steg überquert Ihr und folgt dem Pfad bis zu der nächsten kleinen Betonbrücke. An dieser Stelle geht es jetzt vor der Brücke rechts den Berg hoch. Bei zweiten Mal geht es über die Brücke und nach der Brücke rechts hoch. Da Navi ist an dieser Stelle etwas undeutlich, wegen fehlendem GPS-Signal, bei meinen zumindest war das so. Der Weg geht jetzt über diverse Waldwege bis Ihr bei ca. km 12,2 die Bembermühle erreicht. Hier kann man lecker Radler trinken oder auch eine Kleinigkeit essen und das noch zu echt humanen Preisen. Der Weg führt jetzt die nächsten km wieder über Waldwege und Single Trails und zurück zu der Unterführung A48. Hier gehts jetzt ein kleines Stück Richtung Grenzau und runter Richtung Brexbachtal. Herrliche Abfahrt ! Kurz vor Ende wird nochmal Eure Beherrschhung des Bikes gefordert. Enger Weg und wenn es paar Tage vorher geregnet hat, auch recht matschig. Am Ende landet Ihr dann im Pfadfinderlager Brexbachtal, das ihr komplett durchquert um dann wieder zum Parkplatz an der Abtei zu gelangen. Bitte aufpassen ! Im Sommer und in den Ferien kann es hier von Pfadfindern mit spielenden Kindern nur so wimmeln, also bitte langsam durchs Lager. !! Fazit : Nix für Konditionsbolzer sondern für Techniker !! The first 4 km are quite boring, here simply goes only uphill. Then we drive just before Hohr Hausen pass under the A48 motorway and turn right onto a dirt road. At about 7.8 km go left, down the hill. From here we drive almost only narrow forest trails over hill and dale. High fun factor !! But you should not be afraid of nettles have that you torches in midsummer namely the legs! At about 8.7 miles you come to a small bridge that leads over a stream. This place you reached again at about 16.5 km. This bridge crosses your and follow the path up to the next small concrete bridge. At this point it is now before the bridge turn right up the hill. For the second time, it goes right up over the bridge and after the bridge. As Navi is somewhat unclear at this point, due to lack of GPS signal in my at least this was so. The path now goes through various forest paths until your at about 12.2 km reaches the Bembermühle. Here you can drink delicious cyclist or a bite to eat and still really reasonable prices. The path now leads the next km back along forest tracks and single trails and back to the A48 underpass. Here here we go a little way towards BTA and down direction Brexbachtal. Great descent! Shortly before the end of your Beherrschhung of the bike is required again. Passenger road and when it rained few days ago, quite mushy. At the end of your then lands at a scout camp Brexbachtal that it completely crossed to then get to the parking lot again at the Abbey. Please be careful! In the summer and during the holidays it may here of scouts teeming, so please slowly through the camp with children playing. ! Conclusion: Nothing for Konditionsbolzer but for technicians !!
