Schöne Warmfahrrunde für Menschen, die eine Weile nicht gefahren sind und konditionell noch aufbauen müssen. Keine schwierigwen Wege. Die 2. Steigung ist vielleicht für völlig untrainierte ein bisschen anstrengend aber mit kleinen Pausen durchaus bewältigbar. Belohnt wird man dann mit einer richtig geilen Abfahrt bis runter ans Sayner Schloss ! Anmerkung : Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Ihr als Kommentar schreiben könntet, wie Euch die Tour gefallen hat.

Beautiful warm up round for people who have not driven for a while and need to build stamina. No schwierigwen way. The second pitch is perhaps tiring but quite manageable with small breaks for completely untrained a bit. You are rewarded with a really hot then downhill all the way down to the Sayner castle! Note: I would be delighted if you could write a comment how you liked the tour.
