Dopo l'agriturismo La Griglia proseguire dritti fino al cancello di tronchi di legno scavalcarlo poi subito a sinistra prendere lo sterrato giunti ad un bivio dove c'è una pozza prendere a destra proseguire su sterrato fino alla fine 40-50 minuti (casa bianca) è una salita molto ripida che non molla mai.Poi sentiero che costeggia la casa raggiungere la dorsale (casotto da caccia) poi nel bosco verso cascina grassi carpini su sentiero segnato un pò prima della cascina rampa con bici a spalle 5 minuti, alla cascina prendere lo sterrato che sale dietro la casa seguire sempre fino a che sulla sinistra ad angolo acuto inizia una stradetta (sono pochi metri) porta al punto più alto appena sotto cima valli gemelli irraggiungibile essendo bosco senza sentiero.
Qui inizia la discesa seguendo tutta la dorsale fino al rifugio alpini in colma e da li percorrendo tutto il prato che sta a monte del rifugio si scende fino a costorio, trattasi di discesa tecnica, trialistica, rocciosa, all'inizio anche ripida e senza un sentiero preciso da seguire, anche la parte che va giù a costorio sebbene più facile no è banale.

Gli ultimi 10/20 metri a costorio non seguire la traccia, ma seguire il sentiero più largo che va giù ripido a sinistra. Percorrenso la triumplina al semaforo dopo il mac donald girare a destra e andare sempre dritti passare un semaforo sempre dritti, alla santella delle roncaglie, girare a sinistra e andare all'agriturismo "la griglia" località Bontempi.
