escursione che attraversa il territorio delle Manie da ponente a levante, salendo dai ponti romani e facendo un pò di giri per i sentieri classici.
Unico neo, abbiamo fatto un collegamento, il quale per impedire il passaggio, è stato intralciato, da numerosi tagli di alberi, si può facilmente evitare, raggiungendo direttamente il territorio indiano, attraversando la strada asfaltata, speriamo in un ripristino del tratto, ma il danno è veramente notevole.
A parte la nota, è un giro simpatico per chi ancora non conosce la zona, perché tocca tutte le zone più conosciute e panoramiche, senza fare tratti tecnici estremi.
Il collegamento è poi per la via della costa, noi per non fare troppo asfalto, abbiamo parcheggiato all'ingresso di Varigotti, dividendo in due l'asfalto. Autostrada A10 uscita Finale Ligure, sull'Aurelia svoltare a sinistra e raggiungere l"ingresso di Varigotti.
