pronti via ,..... salita ripida asfaltata di 300mt , una breve discesa e poi 9km di salita mista sterrato asfalto che dal mare porta a quota 800mt ,da qui si percorre l'alta via dei monti liguri , si sale ancora nel bosco una mezzoretta tra paesaggi mozzafiato e splendidi boschi , si percorre il crinale che da naso di gatto porta al colle del giovo , da qui si scende sulla sx lato mare per un paio di km , per poi tornare su dalle pale eoliche sempre sull alta via , si rientra a albisola percorrendo parte del tratto fatto in salita , ultima discesa stupenda, sottobosco , single track , niente di particolarmente difficile, ma molto divertente sino a sbucare in via delle industrie ad albisola a 200mt dal punto di partenza. albisola uscita autostrada svolta a sx alla seconda rotonda (300mt dal casello) svolta a sx , dopo nemmeno un km abitato di luceto , campo sportivo piscina e parcheggio, la traccia parte a 300 mt dal park via delle rogazioni , via collette direzione mare dal park 200mt a dx (ponte) altri 100mt a sx e all incrocio dopo dx, pronti via !

Spot on, ..... steep climb of 300m tarmac, a short descent and then 9km uphill dirt mixed asphalt that leads from the sea at an altitude of 800m, from there take the high road of the Ligurian mountains, climb still in the woods half an hour of stunning scenery and beautiful forests, along the ridge that leads to the cat's nose hill giovo, from here down on the left side of the sea for a couple of miles, then turn back to the wind turbine blades always on the high street, you fall in albisola along the stretch done uphill, downhill last gorgeous, undergrowth, single track, nothing particularly difficult, but a lot of fun until you come out in the way industries albisola 200 m from the starting point. albisola motorway exit turn left at the second roundabout (300 meters from the exit) turn left, after less than a km from the village Luceto, sports court and swimming pool car park, part of the track is 300 meters from the park because of rogation, via collections towards the sea from park 200 meters on the right (bridge) other 100mt turn left at the intersection and after dx, ready go!
