Da Bagnoli della Rosandra si sale subito su asfalto fino a San Lorenzo (4 km), passando per la Vedetta omonima da dove si gode di bel panorama sulla Val Rosandra e sul Porto di Trieste. Ora su sterrato si raggiunge la cima del Monte Stena al km 6. La prima parte della breve discesa per Draga è tecnica con fondo sassoso smosso e qualche scalino. Si attraversa la pista ciclabile, la si ritrova dopo uno strappo niente male (km 7) e la si percorre per 2 km circa, poi si scende a destra e si entra in un bellissimo bosco fino a Klanec (km 11,5). Ad Ocizla si trova una fontana e subito fuori dal paesino si entra nella giungla, un single trak meraviglioso con slalom tra gli alberi che termina troppo presto dopo un piccolo guado (km 14). Al km 18 si giunge al Castello di San Servolo (Socerb), altro punto panoramico. La successiva discesa su sentiero e su terra battuta non presenta grosse difficoltà, solo un traverso in contro pendenza ed una S alla fine un po' stretta (km 21).
Ci si rilassa per 1 km e poi 2 km di salita sterrata bella tosta da Crociata a Prebenico, successivamente su asfalto e con pendenze più umane si ritorna a Socerb. Un tratto di trasferimento con sali e scendi, ci porta molto vicino alla cima del Monte Carso. Inizia la discesa finale, la più impegnativa, di 1,5 km che ci porta dritti dritti al parcheggio.

From Bagnoli della Rosandra go up immediately on asphalt to San Lorenzo (4 km), passing through the Watchtower of the same name where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Val Rosandra and the Port of Trieste. Now on a dirt road you reach the top of Mount Stena at km 6 The first part of the short descent to Draga is technique with stony bottom and moved a few steps. It crosses the bike path, it is found after a bad tear (7 km) and follow it for about 2 km, then down to the right and you enter into a beautiful forest to Klanec (km 11.5). For Ocizla there is a fountain and just outside the village you enter the jungle, a single trak wonderful with slalom between the trees that ends too soon after a small ford (km 14). At 18 km you reach the Castle of San Servolo (Socerb), another vantage point. The descent on the trail and on clay is not very difficult, just a sideways against the slope and an S at the end a bit 'narrow (21 km).
You relax for 1 km, then 2 km uphill dirt pretty tough to Prebenico Crusade, later on asphalt and with steeper returns to human Socerb. A stretch of transfer with ups and downs, brings us very close to the summit of Monte Carso. Begins the final descent, the most challenging of 1.5 km which takes us straight to the parking lot.
