giro per certi versi un pò diverso da quelli proposti nella mia cittadina.
Diverso perchè ha un pò più asfalto, scavalca il crinale, per scendere alla borgata di Caso, e, risaliti al colle, fa scendere ai ruderi della chiesa di S. Bernardo, risale sul Poggio Brea per scendere poi verso Laigueglia.
La traccia approfittando del torpore della Domenica mattina, attraversa Alassio verso levante, per il "Budello".
Nel giro, come sempre, si trova di tutto, sterrata, sentiero con vari livelli di difficoltà, anche un passaggio, abbastanza breve, nel bosco fitto, con come unici riferimenti, dei numeri sugli alberi da non perdere, permette in breve di raccordare il sentiero che scende alla chiesa di frazione Caso. uscita A10 Albenga poi raggiungere Alassio con l'Aurelia Bis.
