Impegnativo ma divertente trail per le pendici orientali del Monte Ceresa, tra i boschi e i sentieri scavati nell'arenaria di quello che è stato definito “l'Appennino Perduto”. La prima discesa è per il fosso di Piandelloro (sent. CAI 425), lunga ed impegnativa, con stretti tornanti ed “importanti” gradoni. Dalla vetta del Monte Vicito (1041 m.) si scende per la seconda volta lungo un ripido single-track nel castagneto fino ad arrivare alla Tassinara, un canyon conosciuto anche col nome di “Sasso Spaccato”. La discesa di Cocoscia (sent. CAI 402), ormai un classico della zona, permette di chiudere più che degnamente questo giro, un ottimo concentrato di quello che può offrire l'Appennino Perduto” anche al biker più esigente!

Challenging but fun trail to the eastern slopes of Monte Ceresa, through the woods and paths carved in the sandstone of what has been called "the Apennines Lost". The first down is for the ditch Piandelloro (sent. CAI 425), long and challenging, with tight bends and "important" steps. From the summit of Mount Vicito (1041 m.) Go down for the second time along a steep single-track in the chestnut up to the Tassinara, a canyon also known as "Sasso Cutaway". The descent of Cocoscia (sent. CAI 402), now a classic in the area, allows you to close more than worthily this round, a great concentration of what it can offer the Apennines Lost "even the most demanding biker!
