Il giro comprende 5 sentieri delle mura di Genova ma il comprensorio, ormai cosi si può definire, e più vasto.
Difatti nella traccia si arriva fino ad un ripidone (Aperitivo del Bruco) che si può tranquillamente evitare e in prossimità dello stesso vi è una apertura nella rete con scivolo di legno, che porta all'inizio delle MURA, altro sentiero da unire alle Mosche.
Sentieri mediamente tecnici
Buon divertimento ragazzi e ricordatevi della presenza di persone a piedi. Piazzale Garassini, in prossimità dello svincolo autostradale di Genova Est (la Macchina si può lasciare anche li)
