Splendido itinerario sull'altipiano del Renon, si sale a Soprabolzano in funivia per risparmiare la ripida salita asfaltata e si arriva a Costalovara su un bel sentiero (in parte vietato alle mountain bike, evitare la giornata di domenica in alta stagione, eventualmente prendere la strada asfaltata).Si segue il bel sentiero 8 fino a Collalbo e poi il 33a nel bosco, poi ancora il 8 fino a Pemmern. Un pò di strada asfaltata in salita e si devia sulla forestale 4 con bel panorama fino al rifugio Corno di Sotto (ristoro). Comincia la lunga discesa, prima sull'impegnativo ma divertente sentiero 9, poi 9a e poi sul 6 fino a Soprabolzano. Passiamo il paese e scendiamo prima sul 2 e poi sul 3, entrambi impegnativi, fino a castel Roncolo (visita) e al parcheggio. 2000 metri di dislivello che appagheranno anche il biker più esigente ed esperto! Uscita autostrada Bolzano sud, seguire la strada per val Sarentino-S. Genesio, parcheggio presso la stazione a valle della funivia per S. Genesio.

Wonderful itinerary on the plateau of Renon, climb to Soprabolzano cable car to save the steep paved climb and you get to Costalovara on a beautiful trail (partially forbidden to mountain bike, avoid the Sunday in high season, which may take the road asphalt) .It follows the beautiful trail up to 8 Collalbo and then the 33rd in the woods, then again on 8 to Pemmern. A bit of paved road uphill and turn onto Forest 4 with a view to the refuge Corno di Sotto (refreshments).
