Un itinerario molto molto interessante da tutti i punti di vista. Pedalabilità buona su tutto il tacciato, anche se salita e discesa sono su fondo sconnesso ed instabile. In certi punti mancano le protezioni sull'orlo stradale ma comunque la strada sterrata e' larga abbastanza da essere più che sicura. Circa a 700 metri di quota c'e' una terrazza panoramica dalla quale si può ammirare lo spettacolo del lago di Cavazzo. La salita prosegue senza problemi fino in quota. Quì ci sono le vecchie caserme risalenti al periodo della Grande Guerra e vale la pena fermarsi un momentino a visitarle. Salendo gli ultimi 50 metri si arriva alla vera cima che da la possibilità di vedere dal versante sud la zona del Lago, dal versante nord si vede a sx l'inizio della carnia ed a dx l'inizio della valcanale. La discesa avviene sulla stessa strada della salita fino ad un bivio che porta verso Interneppo. Discesa simpatica anche se un po' ballerina. Il ritorno al punto di partenza avviene su asfalto. Dopo Gemona del Friuli si prende la strada verso Braulins. Dopo il ponte ci si ferma al primo spiazzo sulla dx.
A very very interesting itinerary from all points of view. Pedalability good on all the accused, although ascent and descent are on an uneven and unstable.
