3 discese dal Monte Cavallo al di sopra di Vipiteno. La funivia trasporta le bici ogni giorno, mentre la seconda tratta della salita, servita da una seggiovia con ganci per le bici, funziona mercoledì, sabato e domenica.
I sentieri sono quasi completamente in mezzo al bosco, con un bel fondo boschivo e qualche breve passaggio tecnico. Non lasciate tracce di frenate sul terreno, altrimenti i sentieri si sfondano in fretta. Diversi tornantini nella parte bassa dei sentieri 19 e 23.

3 down from Monte Cavallo above Sterzing. The cable car carries the bike every day, while the second section of the climb, served by a chairlift with hooks for bikes, runs Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The trails are almost completely in the woods, with a nice wooded background and some short technical sections. Do not leave traces of braking on the ground, otherwise the paths break through in a hurry. Several hairpins at the bottom of the paths 19 and 23
