Intinerario ad anello con ascesa alle Poffe di Lumezzane (1050 m) e discesa atraverso S.Onofrio a Bovezzo.
Essendo un intinerario ad anello si può partire da qualsiasi punto del percorso, ma per comodità suggerisco di parcheggiare nel piazzale del Supermercato Esselunga a Sarezzo (280 m). Da qui seguire la strada Provinciale per Lumezzane, passando gli abitati di Termine, Valle proseguire fino al bivio per la frazione Faidana (circa 5 Km). In Faidana passato il ponticello del fiume Gobbia prendere la strada che sale alla località Conche - Poffe. La strada asfaltata si presenta a tratti particolarmente ripida ma sempre pedalabile e vi condurrà alla località Poffe (circa 5 Km). Raggiunta la pozza della Cocca (830 m), proseguire sulla strada asfaltata fino alla località Poffe (1050 m). Una volta raggiunto il valico di Poffe indossate casco e protezioni e iniziate la discesa sul sentiero a sud dell'ampio parcheggio sterrato (il sentiero si intravede nella vegetazione). Dopo un breve e divertente sterrato vi troverete nuovamente sulla strada asfaltata che sale da Lumezzane. Proseguire in discesa per poche centinaia di metri e svoltare a destra all'indicazione S.Onofrio. Proseguire su questa ampia strada sterrata fino alla chiesetta di S.Onofrio (972 m) con ampia vista sulla Pianura Padana. Proseguire sul sentiero bianco rosso n°420 tecnico e accidentato con molte pietre smosse. Alla Santella Pantera proseguire sull'ampia strada sterrata verso Cascine Pantera (535 m). Raggiunta la prima cascina alla vostra sinistra un segnavia vi indica la direzione verso Bovezzo. Lo stretto sentiero inizialmente pianeggiante diventa più impegnativo in prossimità di un capanno di caccia. La discesa termina nell'abitato sopra Bovezzo.
Ritornate al punto di partenza attraverso la strada provinciale della Valtrompia o sulla pista ciclabile che costeggia il fiume Mella.
Buon divertimento. Salendo la Valtrompia da Brescia in direzione Nord, raggiunto il paese di Sarezzo parcheggiare nel piazzale del supermercato Esselunga.

Itinerary ring with the rise of Poffe Lumezzane (1050 m) and descent atraverso S.Onofrio in Bovezzo.
Being an adventurous route to ring you can start from any point on the course, but for convenience I suggest you park in the forecourt of the supermarket Esselunga in Sarezzo (280 m). From here follow the provincial road for Lumezzane, passing the towns of Time, Valley continue to the junction about Faidana (about 5 km). In Faidana past the river bridge Gobbia take the road that goes up to Conche - Poffe. The paved road is at times very steep but always pedaled and will lead you to the resort Poffe (about 5 km). After reaching the puddle of Cocca (830 m), continue on the paved road to the village Poffe (1050 m). Once you reach the point of Poffe wear helmets and protections and started the descent on the trail south of the large dirt parking lot (you can see the path in the vegetation). After a short and fun dirt road you will find yourself back on the paved road that climbs from Lumezzane. Continue downhill for a few hundred meters and turn right at S. Onofrio. Continue along this wide dirt road to the church of S. Onofrio (972 m) with extensive views of the Po Valley. Continue on the path n ° 420 technical white red and bumpy with many loose stones. At Santella Pantera continue on the wide dirt road toward Cascine Pantera (535 m). After reaching the first house on your left a trail shows you the direction to Bovezzo. The narrow path becomes more challenging initially flat near a hunting cabin. The descent ends up area above Bovezzo.
Return to the starting point along the provincial road of Valtrompia or on the bike path that runs along the river Mella.
