La partenza è dalla piscina di Perino
si sale per il passo del cerro fino a girare a destra per la costa di rodi , poi si prosegue a sinistra su una stradina prima asfaltata poi bianca che sbuca a Villanova , si sale su asfalto girando a destra al primo incrocio dopo il paese , 600 metri e si gira a sinistra su una stradina con 100 metri a spinta che ci porta sul sentiero cai che passa accanto al rifugio .
Si prosegue sempre su stradina costeggiando la vecchia cava di amianto sempre sul sentiero cai che ci porta ad aglio , sosta alla fontana , siamo a 680 metri circa di altitudine .
Ora coraggio , fino a quota 980 circa si spinge la bici 150 metri su 300 di dislivello per la strada ripida , sassosa e poi ghiaiosa , ma ne vale la pena .
Si gira a sinistra dove è posto un paletto che indica 12km , ora si pedala con a destra il monte capra , si passa una fontana , una splendida radura , poi un bosco con un'impegnativa , ma non ripida , salita che ci porta alla strada bianca bella che arriva all'angelone .
Salita asfaltata alla sella dei generali per poi scendere sulla provinciale sterrata per Mareto , si gira sul sentiero per Ciregna che è molto peggiorato nel tratto in discesa .
A ciregna si sale per poi scendere per Castelvetto , chi vuole può prendere il sentiero diritto che sbuca sullo scollinamento sulle pendici dell'aseri sulla stesso percorso da me seguito , è più corto e più ripido .
A Castelvetto si sale 1km su asfalto e a Torre metteglia si gira a destra salendo sulla stradina per Barche , allo scollinamento inizia la discesa che passa Barche e poi Telecchio arrivando alla ss45 di fronte a Brugnello , discesa molto impegnativa perchè sembra un torrente , quindi attenzione .
Asfalto fino a Bobbio , a ponte barberino si segue la strada franata per Mezzano , attenzione al tratto franato .
Acqua abbondante , perino, villanova ,aglio ,radura sopra aglio , ciregna torre metteglia , san salvatore ,
Giro impegnativo , sia fisicamente che per la bici ,strade sassose , discese impegnative , tutto senza quasi incontrare nessuno in posti bellissimi, la traccia non è molto corretta intorno a Barche dove sono passato nel bosco sul sentiero 141 , ma si congiunge sulla strada poco dopo , .
