Giro ad anello che permette di visitare i borghi montani più belli del Gran Sasso, si può cominciare da Castel del Monte dove è possibile parcheggiare l'auto nei pressi degli impianti sportivi, dove c'è anche un noleggio mountain bike. Vista l'altitudine su cui si svolge il giro è preferibile munirsi anche d'estate di abbigliamento pesante.
