Da Ziano di Fiemme - P.zza Italia - prendere via Roma e superare il ponte sull'Avisio. Alla rotonda imboccare via Zanolin e salire in direzione Cavelonte. La strada sale con pendenza accentuata. Al primo tornante ignorare la s.f. che prosegue diritto con indicazione per "Barco". Quando poi spiana, subito dopo il ponte sul Rio Cavelonte si prende a dx la s.f. con indicazione per "fonte ferruginosa". La salita si fa sempre più ripida. Ad un primo bivio si prende a dx e a quello successivo si svolta a sx, sempre in salita. Quando la strada termina si prende a sx, in salita, un largo sentiero dissestato che poco dopo spiana e diventa più pedalabile. Con vari saliscendi si giunge ai prati di Malga Fraton. Si scende ad incrociare la strada che sale dalla Val Lagorai e prendendo a sx si sale ripidamente verso il Lago. Non saranno molti quelli che riusciranno a pedalare fino in cima. Gli altri dovranno superare il dislivello della cascata formata dall'acqua che esce dal lago, spingendo la bici per 5 min. circa su mulattiera con fondo di sassi. Quando la la strada spiana di nuovo si è in vista del Lago di Lagorai, il più grande di tutta la catena. Continuando lungo il sentiero che costeggia il lago sulla dx si giunge alla Malga Lagorai. Tornati al bivio con la strada che sale a Malga Fraton, si continua a scendere lungo la ripida s.f. della Val Lagorai fino a Lago di Tesero dove si imbocca la pista ciclabile, seguendola in direzione Predazzo. Giunti a Panchià si svolta a sx sul caratteristico ponte di legno e subito dopo si prende la strada ghiaiata a dx facendo ritorno al punto di partenza. Uscita A22 del Brennero a Egna-Ora, S.S.48 delle Dolomiti fino a Ziano di Fiemme.

From Ziano di Fiemme - Italy Piazza - via Roma take and pass the bridge over. At the roundabout take off and climb towards Zanolin Cavelonte. The road climbs with steep slope. At the first bend ignore the s.f. that goes right with signs for "Barco". When he opens, right after the bridge over the Rio Cavelonte you take the right sf with an indication for "chalypeate." The ascent becomes increasingly steep. At the first junction turn right and at the next turn left, uphill. When the road ends take a left, uphill, a wide path that ruined shortly after flattens and becomes more pedaling. With many ups and downs you reach the meadows of Malga Fraton. We descend to cross the road that leads from the Val Lagorai and taking left you climb steeply towards the lake. Many who will not be able to ride to the top. The others will have to overcome the difference in height of the waterfall formed by the water that comes out of the lake, pushing the bike for 5 min. around on mule-bottom rocks. When the road flattens again has a view of Lake Lagorai, the largest in the chain. Continuing along the path that runs along the lake on the right we reach the Malga Lagorai. Back at the junction with the road to the Malga Fraton, you continue to go down the steep sf Val Lagorai up to Lake Tesero where you take the bike path, follow it in the direction Predazzo. Once in Panchià turn left on the quaint wooden bridge and immediately after you take the gravel road to the right returning to the starting point. Exit the A22 Brenner motorway in Neumarkt-Now, SS48 of the Dolomites to Ziano di Fiemme.
