Partenza da Faedis. Prendere la strada verso Canal di Grivò. Sulla destra ha inizio la salita (strada asfaltata) che porta prima a Valle e poi a Pedrosa. Dal paese si gode una stupenda panoramica su tutta la pianura. Si scende su strada sterrata dissestata per poi risalire fino a quando la carrareccia si trasforma in sentiero. Il single trail con alcuni saliscendi porta direttamente a Canebola (ultimo tratto di salita a piedi 5/10 minuti). Da Canebola si raggiunge la Bocchetta di S.Antonio; sulla sinsitra si prende la strada per le malghe di Porzus. Al primo incrocio si prosegue dritti (indicazioni Subit), mentre al successivo si svolta sulla sinistra e sempre in discesa si raggiunge il paese di Subit. Prendere la strada militare con indicazioni per Taipana. Dopo una salita su strada asfaltata si perde leggermente quota; poi in salita si arriva sotto la cima del monte Namlen. In discesa (verso Taipana) subito dopo un centinaio di metri sulla sinistra ha inizio il sentiero per Nongruella (segnavia cai sbadito su albero). Il single track è abbastanza impegnativo a causa del fondo sassoso (pietre e radici). Diff. single trail S2. Giunti al paesino di Nongruella si scende su strada asfaltata superando Borgo Lase Cergneu sup e inf. fino a giungere sulla strada che porta a Nimis. All'incrocio si svolta a sinistra e ancora in salita si guadagna P.sso di M.Croce. In discesa si raggiunge Attimis e proseguendo lungo la strada dei Castelli si perviene al punto di partenza (Faedis).

Departure from Faedis. Take the road towards Canal Grivò. On the right begins the ascent (road) that leads first to the Valley and then Pedrosa. From the village you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the whole plain. You go down on bumpy dirt road and then up until the cart is transformed into a path. The single trail with some ups and downs leads directly to Canebola (last stretch of uphill walk 5-10 minutes). From Canebola you reach the nozzle of St. Anthony; is on the left, take the road to the mountain pastures of Porzus. At the first intersection go straight (signs Subit), while the next turning left and is always down to the village of Subit. Take the road signposted for military Taipana. After a climb up the paved road you will lose some height; then uphill you get below the top of the mountain Namlen. Down (toward Taipana) immediately after a hundred yards on the left starts the path for Nongruella (trail cai sbadito of tree). The single track is quite challenging because of the stony bottom (rocks and roots). Diff. Single trail S2. On reaching the village of Nongruella descend on asphalt road passing Borgo Lase Cergneu sup and inf. until you reach the road that leads to Nimis. At the junction turn left and still climbing earns P.sso of M.Croce. Downhill is reached Attimis and continuing along the road of the castles we arrive at the starting point (Faedis).
