Partenza dal posteggio ad America dei Boschi (è possibile rifornirsi d'acqua), si prosegue per Saliceto (c'è una fontana), si sale a Sommariva Perno, Parco del Roero (qui ci sono dei tavoli e proseguendo anche fontanella) ripartendo da qui non c'è più possibilità di rifornirsi d'acqua.
La prima discesa ha fondo sabbioso, con buona visibilità, quella che parte da Sommariva non è impegnativa, ma occorre prestare attenzione verso la fine dove si incontra una rete di recinzione con filo spinato in parte crollata sul sentiero. Se segui la traccia, dopo il parco arrivi ad un sentiero stretto e sufficientemente tecnico, con poca visibilità, ma veramente bello, passata la rete (anche qui) fai attenzione alla seconda parte della discesa dopo una curva decisa a destra, perchè molto ripida e con curva a sx.
Ripasserai dal Parco del Roero, anche qui la discesa dopo è molto bella non particolarmente lunga, poca visibilità, attento ai solchi lasciati dalle moto.
L'ultima discesa presenta solo un solo punto cui occorre prestare attenzione, ma è abbastanza largo per poter fare due traiettorie attorno ad un albero. Rientro al parcheggio (cosa buona è in ombra, volendo ci sono un ristorante e una pizzeria) Da Bra la strada che fiancheggia l'ospedale direzione Saliceto Pocapaglia, come si incontra il cartello America dei Boschi sulla sinistra c'è il posteggio
